Terms of Service

By using the n8nhosting.app website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Account Registration and Security

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update such information promptly if it changes.

2. Payment Terms and Credit Deposit

• Credit Requirement: In order to start an instance, you must have a sufficient credit balance that meets or exceeds the credit requirement of the chosen instance tier. For example, if the instance tier requires 30 credits, your account must have at least 30 credits available.
• Credit Top-Up: You may top up your credit balance by purchasing one of our available credit packages. Each package offers a different amount of credits at a specified price.
• Usage and Billing: Once an instance is initiated, credits will be deducted monthly based on the tier of the instance. Usage is calculated daily.
• Minimum Usage Fee: Even if you delete an instance immediately after creation, a minimum usage fee equivalent to one full day will be charged. For instance, if you start an instance that requires 30 credits and then delete it immediately, you will be refunded 29 credits.
• Refund Policy: When an instance is deleted, any remaining unused credits for that instance will be refunded to your account balance.

3. Service Usage

• Instance Management: n8nhosting.app provides hosting services specifically for n8n, including a one-click setup and management of individual n8n instances.
• Data Storage: Each instance is self-contained and all user data (including configuration, login credentials, and usage data) is stored internally within that instance. We do not access or use this data for any other purposes.
• Service Availability: While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.

4. User Responsibilities

• Compliance: You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from using the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the service.
• Data Backup: You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data stored on your n8n instance.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Service "As Is": The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind.
• No Liability for Data Loss: We are not responsible for any loss of data or any other damages arising out of your use of the service.
• Indirect Damages: Under no circumstances shall n8nhosting.app be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the service.

6. Modifications to the Service and Terms

• Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
• Terms Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Termination

• Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, any remaining credits will be refunded according to our refund policy.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, deem harmful to our users or the service.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n8nhosting.app operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

9. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and n8nhosting.app regarding the use of the service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
